Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Many Squish Club products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production and fulfillment partners. Minor variations between products may occur as part of the manufacturing process.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, designs, colors, sizes, pricing, or availability at any time.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, payment problems, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

Because many products enter production shortly after an order is placed, order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout when required.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

5. Shipping

Production and delivery estimates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, address issues, production delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Because many Squish Club products are made specifically after an order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections made during checkout.

All Squish Club branding, graphics, product designs, photographs, text, logos, artwork, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Squish Club unless otherwise stated.
