Shipping Policy

We know waiting for your squishies is the hardest part. 💗 Here’s what to expect after placing your Squish Club order.

Order Processing

Please allow approximately 1–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery

Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–20 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the item, fulfillment location, carrier, destination, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Some items may arrive sooner, while occasional carrier or fulfillment delays may cause an order to take longer.

Tracking

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to begin updating after your order has shipped.

Orders With Multiple Items

Squish Club works with multiple fulfillment partners. If you order more than one item, your products may occasionally ship separately.

This means you may receive multiple tracking numbers or packages on different days. There is no additional charge to you when an order is split into multiple shipments.

Shipping Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to update the address before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Squish Club is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us through our contact page with your order number.

We’ll review the shipment and work with our fulfillment partner or carrier to determine the appropriate next step.

International Orders

International shipping availability and estimated delivery times may vary by destination. Available options and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country.
